       On October 31, the "2023 Hunan Provincial Enterprise 'Innovation Talent' Release and Publicity Conference" jointly organized by the Hunan Provincial Association for Science and Technology, the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Provincial Stateowned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission was held in Changsha. Through the procedures of recommendation, qualification review, expert review, and network publicity organized by various cities (prefectures), 100 enterprise "innovation talents" were selected from 242 candidates in 14 cities and prefectures in the province, and 10 talents were selected from the enterprise "innovation talents" to promote representatives. As one of the members, Wei Qiuping, the founder of Xinfeng Technology, preached his personal innovation deeds and insights at the meeting, showing the innovation and scientific research spirit of the new materials industry.

       As the chairman and chief engineer of Hunan Xinfeng Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Professor and Doctor of Central South University, National Excellent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Tutor, Nanjing Entrepreneurship Leader, Changsha Excellent Inventor and Changsha Highlevel Talents, Wei Qiuping shared his innovative experience at the conference.

       Based on the position of professionals who have been engaged in vapor deposition technology and thin film materials research for a long time, he analyzed the major national needs and the urgent needs of the people for the treatment of high-risk wastewater, as well as the development restrictions of the core technology and equipment for diamond preparation in China and the technical blockade abroad, and then described the original intention of his entrepreneurship and innovation in China. That is, to overcome the key technologies of diamond electrode preparation technology and complete equipment, and to produce the laboratory results on a large scale and put them on the market.

       In order to break through the technical problem of "sticking neck", Chairman Wei Qiuping led the professional team to continuously explore and study the scientific and technological achievements of "key technologies and complete sets of equipment for diamond electrode preparation", and through the provincia l third-party appraisal, seven authoritative personages (including three academicians) in the fields of materials, environment, minerals and other disciplines were highly appraised as "international leading technology as a whole". It has built a complete intellectual property group, applied for more than 120 patents, and realized the whole chain innovation from core equipment, key materials, typical products, system integration to demonstration application. It has successfully broken the blockade of foreign technology and industry monopoly, and realized import substitution. It is the first foam BDD electrode with better performance in the world. It has established the position of Xinfeng Science and Technology as the peak enterprise of diamond electrode research in China.

      At the same time, it has developed a full range of products from small test equipment, modular equipment to integrated equipment, and has built a large number of demonstration engineering cases throughout the country, which has solved the major problems of high-risk wastewater treatment and recycling of PCB micro-etching solution wastewater resources in China.
